SHIPPING POLICY

Any orders placed by 1pm EST will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Packages usually arrive within 7 to 9 business days. Please note due to COVID-19, some shipped items could be delayed, which may cause a longer than usual delivery time. Please be patient, your item will be worth it!

Femme Edge is not responsible for replacing or refunding your lost package. Currently we do not offer international shipping.  Thanks for understanding!

 

RETURN POLICY

So sorry things didn’t work out with your purchase! Hopefully we can make this process easy for you, so you can find something else you’ll love! Please note the important items below when making your return:

You have 15 days after date of package delivery to receive store credit only.

In order to be eligible for store credit, the garment must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions. 

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please send an email to @info@femmeedgeboutique.com to initiate your return and receive your FREE RETURN label. Exchanges can be made for a $4 shipping fee. We reserve the right to adjust these policies at any time.

All clearance, sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
